Mariia Zahurska
Co-founder · finance, operations and logistics
Finance, operations and logistics professional with more than 11 years of experience. I have built finance, operations and logistics processes from scratch for retail companies, IT startups, MilTech and DefTech companies, and international NGOs.
I see a business as one system, in which finance, operations, logistics and people have to work together. That view is what the company grew out of. I help businesses bring order to their processes, make them transparent and manageable, and get them ready for growth and audits. I support clients across the full range, from day-to-day operations, procurement and supply to full-cycle accounting, grant budgeting, donor compliance and CFC reporting.
I have launched and scaled business units from the ground up, built supply chains, led teams, and coordinated full Diia.City audits, grant audits and government inspections. I bring this hands-on management experience to my work with every client.
Mariia Ivakhiv
Co-founder · accounting and finance
Accountant and financial expert with 15 years of experience, who progressed from a staff accountant in a single department to chief accountant, and later to an independent financial consultant building and leading accounting processes for businesses of various scales. Registered over 100 companies, supporting them from incorporation to the establishment of a full-fledged financial system, and managed accounting for more than 500 companies with turnovers ranging from UAH 10,000 to over $500,000 — from military-related manufacturing enterprises and IT companies operating in international markets to the restaurant business, retail grocery chains, and metal structure manufacturing, including work with Diia.City residents. I conduct internal audits for companies, support audits for Diia.City residents, and have extensive experience navigating inspections by government regulatory authorities.
This work, for me, is not just numbers — it's the opportunity to be a pillar of support for businesses at every stage of their growth. I scale, support, and guide companies because I believe that structured accounting is the foundation that gives a business true freedom to grow.

Ukrainian and English. Documents and reports can be prepared in either language as needed.
Yes. Company registration, a one-time consultation or a single grant application can be ordered as a standalone project with no further commitment.
The first introductory consultation is free: we clarify your request and prepare an indicative proposal with cost and timelines.
As a baseline: a copy of the founder's passport (translated or apostilled if required), information on the planned business activity and a legal address. We send the full list once the ownership structure is clarified.
